

Contacting BMS Support
BMS's technical support desk is available via the telephone on 0115 965 8432. In the unlikely event that an engineer is not be available to take your call, you will be asked to leave a detailed description of your support issue with our support technician on the helpdesk. Your support event will then be allocated to the first engineer available.
You can also log any technical support issues by emailing support@bms-it.co.uk. Please provide full details of the support issue including your name and contact telephone number.
Hours Of Operation
BMS Technical Support is available from Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm excluding English Bank Holidays.
Special arrangements can be made in order to provide technical support out of these core hours.
